KRÖNING Case erector (KKA)

The KKA from KRÖNING – Automation is a high-performance and compact carton erector. It combines the speed of a large system with the footprint of a mobile solution. During development, particular attention was paid to a flexible feeding system, which means that different carton sizes can be implemented. Due to its small dimensions, the KKA can be integrated into almost any hall layout and connected to the existing system.

KRÖNING-Round box manufacturer (HRD)

The HRD from KRÖNING – Automation is a high-performance machine for manufacturing plastic round boxes for filling and packaging. The system consists of two cells with internal rotary tables. In the first cell, the base body of the round box is welded and in the second cell, the black-edged opening is folded over.

KRÖNING Tubular bag machine (SBM)

The SBM from KRÖNING – Automation is a high-performance machine for the individual packaging of tampons. The system impresses with its compact design and easy accessibility. It can also be easily integrated into a production line.

KRÖNING Horizontal Cartoner (KHK)

The KHK from KRÖNING – Automation is a high-performance machine for cartoning tampons. Easy accessibility is ensured by the large doors and the ground-level entrance. In addition, the quick-change adapters for the robot tool, the automatic indexing chain adjustment and the electrically adjustable carton upper guide guarantee short set-up times and a high format variety.

WEHOLine by KRÖNING

Kröning has developed the automated WEHOLine®-XNP 2020 for processing WEHO® packaging solutions. It is particularly characterized by its scalability and can handle production volumes of up to 18,500 bottles per hour in a single module.

The system is available in four degrees of automation, with each basic configuration being expandable with special modules. The basic layout of the packaging line can be customized for each client and adapts to local conditions.
