This project involved the emptying of baking tins.
The filled baking tins are fed to the robot cell on a chain conveyor and fixed in place at the removal point. The baking tin unit, which consists of 2x 6 cake tins, is removed by the robot and pushed upright onto a belt conveyor.
The belt is folded down, the robot performs this movement as well, and then lifts the baking pan off the cakes. These are transferred to a chain conveyor and discharged from the system. The robot places the baking pan on a separate belt, and it is fed back into the baking process.
