Challenges

This project involved the final assembly, boxing and palletizing of tins for the chemical industry.

The counter-molds are fed to the system via a conveyor belt to the stop of the translator. They are then transported through a light barrier to check that they are fully loaded. The molds are locked on the rotary module and removed in groups by the robot.

The robot inserts the chocolates into a timing chain with pre-folded cardboard trays. The trays are then fed to the form-fill-seal machine.
Empty counter-molds are turned and returned to the production cycle below the removal position.
