Hier kommt ein kurzes Zitat des Kunden rein.
This project involved the stacking and storage of cereal bar boxes.
The boxes are fed in batches from the upstream system. A batch contains 1 – 8 boxes, depending on the box format.
Depending on the production setting, the boxes are either passed on to the downstream machine by the stacking table or stacked for manual removal.
The brake on the infeed conveyor accumulates the cereal bar boxes to be stacked and then pushes them onto the excavation module. The boxes are lifted onto the pawl, on which a maximum of 10 rows are stacked. The stacks are pushed onto the outfeed conveyor and removed by the operator.
