This project involved the unloading of plastic frames from a large load carrier and their separate feeding onto a conveyor belt.
A large load carrier (LLC) filled with plastic frames is placed in the unloading position. A 3D sensor detects the position and the unloading robot removes the frames in stacks and transfers them to a magazine placed in front of the loading robot.
From there, the robot places the frames individually on a conveyor belt.
